They are all on Outlook 2016, running Windows 10. Starting about 6 weeks ago, certain users are complaining that their Outlook crashes when they try to reply to an email or create a new email from scratch.
The fix is to change the Windows 10 theme to one of the defaults. Turns out the issue is related to a certain appearance setting used with Windows 10 when an upgrade is performed. Edit: For anyone experiencing this issue, after almost 4 months of encountering the problem we have finally found a solution.
